Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TPH1 purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. To submit a request, please email us at info@tph1.ca.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional return/exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For all approved exchanges, we will ship your new order free of charge. 

All returns/exchanges must be from a verified tph1.ca order. We do not offer returns/exchanges on items purchased outside of tph1.ca.
